1) Application of Act
a) This act may only be applied in the Ministry of Immigration and/or any of it's subsidiary departments
b) This act is enforced by the eSwiss Government until repealed
c) In a State of Emergency only Section 3 will be followed
d) This act applies to whom are applying for citizenship in Switzerland
e) This act applies to any person who has Swiss citizenship
(2) Immigration Standards
a) In order for an applicant to be accepted he/she must
i. not have any association with a PTO group and/or citizen
ii. be able to speak almost fluent English/French/German
a) in some cases this can be deemed by the incumbent Minister of Immigration
iii. have joined the current official forums/or be active on the Swiss IRC channel
a) official forums and IRC channels are determined by incumbent government
iv. have at least 1 vouch from a member of congress/cabinet
v. state if they wish to enter in politics or not
b) If an applicant does meet the requirements
i. you must send them a message notifying the applicant of the status of their application
ii. ask them to join the forums and to come onto IRC
c) If an applicant does not meet the requirements
i. you must send them a message notifying the applicant of the denial of their application
d) If an applicant is accepted
i. you must send them a message notifying the applicant of the approval of their application
e) If an applicant is accepted without approval from the President/and or Minister of Immigration, see section 4a
(3) State of Emergency Procedures
a) A State of Emergency can be declared only by the President
i. in the event of the president being away, the vice president may declare a State of Emergency
b) Only the President can declare the State of Emergency over
i. in the event of the president being away, the vice president may call of a State of Emergency
c) During a State of Emergency
i. citizenship applications are not to be accepted at all costs
a) only the president may give the order to accept someone’s citizenship during this time
(4) Security
a) In the event of an applicant being accepted without approval from the President/and or Minister of Immigration, the person/s will be subject to
i. censure for 2 weeks on the forums
ii. removal of any cabinet position if held
iii. no government supplies for 2 weeks
b) In the event of an applicant being accepted without approval from the President/and or Minister of Immigration whilst there is a State of Emergency, the person/s will be subject to
i. censure for 1 month on the forums
ii. removal of any government position if held
iii. no government supplies for 1 month
c) In the event of a PTO, a State of Emergency will be called
i. a president must be voted in in the event of a PTO
